(Read details...)     Construction Project News       (West Oaks Condos was involved in a construction defect lawsuit from 2008 until 2011. If you want historical information about the lawsuit, please click here.) As of May 10, 2012 The Board approved and signed a contract with Morrison-Hershfield for engineering design and rehabilitation construction oversight in late February. Construction design, including determination of scope of work, and contractor selection occurred in March and April. The Board approved and signed a contract in early May with Sean Gores Construction to complete the rehabilitation construction project. Construction will start on May 14, 2012. Guest parking spaces will be unavailable during construction so please park on Grand Oaks Drive when no parking is available. Parking rules will continue to be enforced. A letter will be mailed to owners and posted on unit doors soon with additional details. Please stay tuned to the website for updates and use it as your first source of information. Next Board of Directors Meeting       The West Oaks Condos Owners Association regular board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday each month. The next regular meeting will be held on Thursday, May 24, from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM, at the Market of Choice Community Room (9th and Circle). During the rehabilitation construction project, emergency meetings may need to be called for the purpose of making important decisions. Owners are always welcome to attend.
