As of May 10, 2012
The Board approved and signed a contract with Morrison-Hershfield for engineering design and rehabilitation construction oversight
in late February. Construction design, including determination of scope of work, and contractor selection occurred in March
and April. The Board approved and signed a contract in early May with Sean Gores Construction to complete the rehabilitation construction project. Construction will start on May 14, 2012.
Guest parking spaces will be unavailable during construction so please park on Grand Oaks Drive when no parking is available. Parking rules will continue to be enforced. A letter will be mailed to owners and posted on unit doors soon with additional details.

Note to RealtorsTM: West Oaks Condos does not have a pool or rec center. The nearby apartment facilities are NOT available for WOC residents.
