About West Oaks

West Oaks Condominium Association is a tight-knit community nestled in the trees of Corvallis, Oregon. Our beautifully maintained grounds and engaged residents make West Oaks a wonderful place to call home.

The Association is governed by a volunteer board of directors elected by owners. Our professional community manager, DLH Community Consulting LLC, handles day-to-day operations under the board's direction.

Our Mission

To maintain and enhance the West Oaks community through responsible stewardship of common areas, sound financial management, and transparent communication with all residents and owners.
