Declarations
These documents were filed with the State when West Oaks Condos were first proposed. In addition to describing the project, both documents set out the rules under which WOC runs. This document is equivalent to the "Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions," i.e. CC&Rs, that govern planned communities.

Bylaws
The Bylaws govern the operation of the West Oaks Condos Owners Association. Topics include elections, meetings, budgeting, reporting requirements, and so on.

House Rules
The WOCA Board of Directors has adopted a set of House Rules. These are interpretations and clarifications intended to make living at West Oaks Condos enjoyable for everyone. The provisions in the House Rules are just as enforceable as other governing documents.

Insurance Policies for WOC
The HOA is required to maintain hazard insurance for the structures and common areas.
The HOA also requires Directors and Officers (D&O) insurance for the Board of Directors. Owners wishing to review this policy should contact the West Oaks board. A photocopy charge may be assessed for any hard copies.
